In order to apply all applicants must have min 650 credit score or 2 years previous, good, & verifiable employment & rental history, & evidence of 3 times the rent for income, no one with an eviction or pets will qualify. After you view property and go through an interview with me, the completed application, ID’s of every one staying at the property over the age of 18 and the application fee of $50 per person need to be delivered to the office. Once applicants have been verified the deposit will be due and we will hold the property for you up to 30 days.
