I specialize in the North Eastern Lee County Real Estate market, however, I enjoy assisting customers throughout the Southwest Florida area. I particularly enjoy marketing the homes in my own neighborhood of Historic Olga, bordered by the beautiful Caloosahatchee River, in Fort Myers, Florida.

I'm almost a native Floridian; I've been living in Florida since I was five. In 1980 I moved from Pompano Beach to Ft Myers and have continued to make the Buckingham and Olga areas my home. I started investing in real estate in these areas in early 1990. By 2003 I owned my own real estate brokerage. In 2008 I joined with West Coast Realty Inc. Brokerage to focus my attention on the growing commercial and residential markets in the Olga and surrounding communities. Together with my wife Susana, we are now the owners of West Coast Realty, Inc. I am certified with The Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) for residential market and currently studying for my Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM)

Susana and I have one son and enjoy spending our leisure time with the family, fishing and Scuba Diving. Currently I'm working on building a dive resort on Old Providence Island for retirement, www.diveoldprovidence.com., as I have an unquenchable passion for the environment and the ocean's reefs.
